This Privacy Policy covers the apps and services published by MC eSolutions Inc, including Rink Cast. It explains what data we collect, why, and how it's handled.
Rink Cast stores your team rosters on your own device. We don't run our own servers, we don't have user accounts, and we don't collect analytics or advertising data. The only outside parties involved are the app stores and our subscription-billing provider, who handle your purchase — not us.
Team names, jersey numbers, and player names you enter are stored locally on your device only, using standard on-device storage. This data is never transmitted to MC eSolutions Inc or to any third party automatically. It stays on your device unless you take a deliberate action to move it — for example:
Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data through your device's app settings, permanently deletes everything stored locally. Because we don't keep a copy anywhere else, there's nothing further for us to delete on our end.
Rink Cast offers a free trial followed by a paid subscription. Purchases are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and managed on our behalf by RevenueCat, a subscription-management service. We never see or store your payment card details.
To manage your subscription and confirm your entitlement, RevenueCat and the app stores process information such as a device- or account-linked purchase identifier and your subscription status (active, trialing, expired, etc.). This is standard for any app-store subscription and is governed by their own privacy policies:
Because Rink Cast stores your team rosters only on your own device, you're already in full control of that data — uninstalling the app, or clearing its data through your device's app settings, deletes it immediately and completely. We don't keep a copy anywhere else, so there's nothing further for us to delete on our end.
For the limited subscription/purchase data RevenueCat holds on our behalf (see above), email info@mc-eSolutions.ca with your request and we'll have it deleted.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. Team rosters may include a minor's name and jersey number entered by a coach or parent using the app — this data stays on that person's own device under the same terms described above.
If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Since we don't collect contact information from users, we're not able to notify you directly — please check back if you have concerns.
