These Terms of Use ("Terms") cover Rink Cast and other apps published by MC eSolutions Inc ("we," "us"). By downloading or using an app, you agree to these Terms.

The app

Rink Cast helps you build and send live play-by-play announcements for hockey games from your phone. Team and roster data you enter is stored on your own device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscription & billing

Rink Cast includes a 30-day free trial. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription — $2.99/month or $19.99/year.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, whichever you subscribed through, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — we cannot cancel it for you directly, since we never receive your payment details.
Refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's own refund policies, not by us.
Pricing may change in the future; we'll give notice through the app store listing before any change takes effect for new or renewing subscribers.

Acceptable use

Use the app for its intended purpose — organizing and announcing your own games. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its subscription system.

Your content

Team and roster names you enter are yours. Since that data lives on your device, you're responsible for keeping your own backups — the app's export feature can help with that.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MC eSolutions Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
